Cant save all my music atone offline?!

Hey i was wondering, am i allowed to save all my music offline at once?

I just got premium again so im trying to re save all my music but its only allowing me to save the music offline if its from a playlist that i made or if its from a album that i saved.

But i remember long ago i was able to click "available offline" from the "songs" section on my phone and it would start downloading all the songs i had saved down the list but when i try to do that now , it doesnt work? 

Has this feature been removed, any suggestions anyone?

Habe you tried to move that offline button to the right? Right now, according to your screencast, you haven't turned offline mode on.

Well I did its just that anytime I clicked the button  would go right back to the left side and I couldn't capture a picture at the time I tapped it to the right but anyways it has seemed to started saving all my songs offline out of nowhere so everything is resolved.
