Change Iphone play to high quality

Hi,

On my Iphone, I changed playback and sync to 'High' and I received the message :

'You have chosen to sync tracks for offline use in high quality, but your playlists have already been synced in low bandwidth.  Do you want to resync your offline playlists in high quality?'

I chose 'Resync'

Two questions:

1)  How can I confirm that resyncing has occurred?

2)  If resyncing has not occurred, how can I ask it to resync?

Must I reconnect it to my computer?

Go to your playlist or the tracks you selected and turn available offline off and then back on again, make sure you selected your prefered quality setting in the spotify settings.  That's the best way to confirm resyncing has worked.
