First post, I have just set up premium. I went to the website and logged in using my email. I had to reset the password. I then selected premium and set up my payment details. Then I went to my Iphone and found I was still on free. I checked the user name on phone and it was a string of characters and numbers. Yet on the website my username is the first part of my email. So it appears I now have 2 accounts.

How do I copy across my playlists from one user to the other?

How do I change my iphone to point to my account that has the paid for premium service?

Any help greatfully recieved.

Hey @WMark1! Thanks for coming to the community for help 🙂

It does appear that you have two accounts, but this should be an easy fix! When signing up through Facebook, the username is a long, alphanumeric string like you see on your phone. However, it sounds like your Premium account is the one with your email as the username. To access your Premium account on your phone, go to "Settings" and log out, and log back in using your email. 


In regards to transferring your old playlists to your new account, there are some workarounds, but no official solution as far as I'm aware.
