I recently found out that there was a student discount for Spotify Premium, so I decided to try it (I've had premium before but, I was paying the regular 9.99). I was billed for this service as shown in my bank statement yesterday, but when I try to use the premium option or play any song of my choice it gives me the shuffle play option (which I honestly despise). Anyways, either I receive my money back or I get the service I paid for. Also, I would like to speak to someone over the phone to resolve this issue but, apparently there isn't a number? Help!
