Charged more than once

Charged more than once

I had a premium account and recently upgraded to a family account but it isn't showing in my account and I was charged for a family and regular premium account. Why was A charged for a family and regular account? I upgraded

Hi @Emanuel01, thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'm sure we can help figure out what's happened here. 

 

Suggest you first head to your Subscription Page and confirm what type of account you're on, and augment from there. Sounds like its just a matter of re-adjusting the level of account you're after, and not a question of whether you were double-charged?
