Codes and pictures not showing

My Question or Issue

Every time i click the 3 dots next to a song or album or anything else i will never see the code or picture and instead it is just blank. I have tried logging in on multiple accounts but have had the same results. I have also uninstalled the app and it still happens. I’ve attached a picture to show what I mean. 

Any help would be really appreciated because i can’t find a solution for this anywhere!

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

Just to confirm, are you still experiencing this? If so, we’d first recommend you try a clean reinstall in order to remove any corrupted data from your device and ensure the app will run properly again after you install the newest version.
