My Question or Issue

Connection to my Sonos stopped working a couple of days ago.  Although I see from other posts that you consider this resolved, I have what may be a unique issue.  From following other posts, one of the troubleshooting steps I followed was to remove the spotify service from Sonos and re-add it.   However, i have been unable to re-add the service.  After attempting to authorize with spotify, sonos kicks an error that says unable to connect with service.  I don't think this is specifically and iOS problem, because I tried it with an android phone as well and received the same error.  Sonos is claiming that Spotify is operational and won't let me go any further.  Please, can someone help?

I figured this out. I inherited this Sonos system from the previous owners of this house. They had a bridge hub which I removed and streamed directly over WiFi to the speakers. I realize the hub is no longer supported. It started working after I did that. Thanks for your reply

They've already closed the issue as fixed. Maybe tell them to reopen it?

Sorry for my ignorance but how do I tell them to reopen it? They seem rather difficult to reach.

No one can reach them. If you start to ask hard questions, they can remove your thread, as they've done with previous one.
