Hello i use Spotify on my iphone and samsung phone my samsung device work spotify well but my i phone couldn’t load i check everything even internet connection but my spotify app say that couldn’t load the page

Just to double-check, have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify-app on your iPhone? We recommend the clean reinstall as it'll remove the old drivers first and then install the new ones. It'll also get you the latest version of Spotify.

 

This tends to solve issues like the one you're having.

  • I was having an issue with my phone not playing any music after 30 seconds. 
    logged in and out. Still happened. 
    Uninstalled and reinstalled app and then the page could not load. 

Any suggestions?

Do you know how to clean uninstall?

I believe I delete the app, turn off the phone, and reinstall?
Am I missing a step?

You gotta delete cache and data like login info and current settings

Hey Dude look I have this problem too but its have lots of reason my problem is I use adblockers apps maybe you used those apps too
