Crashes when I want to do a playback on my iphone

The app crashes when I tap on the playback option on my iphone and there is no download option on my laptop as well even though I have premium membership, someone please help, I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times.

With regards to the app crashing, can you let us know your exact iOS version, and version of Spotify? If there's any updates available, we'd suggest giving that a try.

Could you also let us know some more detail around the issue on your laptop? Which make/model/operating system are you using here?

My iOS is 10.2 and the Spotify is version 8.4.3
