I am trying to sync that playlist on my laptop to my iphone 6s but it always gets stuck at download waiting. i have tried the whole delete app re install and sign in and try again many times. i have also uninstalled from desktop too? how do i play those playlist on my iphone 6s ?

 

Please if i can direct support from spoifty through live chat ? phone call? email ? 

 or If anyone can help me solve this problem.

It looks like your laptop/desktop app doesn't detect the internet based on the blue ribbon (error code 4).

Have you tried reinstalling the app on your laptop/desktop?
