My Question or Issue

Hey, as seen before... I have finally found that I am also stuck on DATA saving mode on IOS. This was a topic a while ago and I have already gone through the thread and followed all the steps perfectly. I've deleted the app, signed out, signed in, restarted my phone, you name it I've probably tried it. My Spotify is up to date as of 11/20/19

Please get this fixed as I would love to listen to the highest quality of music in my car when possible. Thanks!

Iphone - Settings - Mobile Data - Mobile Data Options - Turn off Low Data Mode.

Should fix it 🤟😬

Tried that last night as well as just now. Data ever is off everywhere but in the Spotify App.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I'd also suggest using the Remove Offline Devices and Sign Out Everywhere from your Spotify account page 🙂

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

Old topic, but it might help someone else.  The original poster had checked the cellular low data mode to make sure it was turn off, but he was connected to wifi.  Was the wifi low data mode in iOS settings also turned off?

Even Spotify can’t fix this. God’s will 😉

So if you’ve done all suggested fixes and still have this problem what you need to do is check your WiFi connection and click the “i” next to your WiFi and turn off low data mode from your WiFi connection. That should solve the problem as it did for me.

you’re actually amazing!! been so puzzled since i had the cellular one off. thank you so much!
