Delete the current song in a long playlist but can't find it (iOS)

I want to delete a song that I am currently listening out of a very looong playlist (on my iPhone). I can't find the song on the playlist where I could delete it. Ideally I could "jump" to the right location where the song is playing and just wipe to delete.

Any ideas?
