Deleting a song from a playlist without scrolling through the playlist to find it?

Is it possible to delete a song from a playlist without having to scroll through the playlist to find it and then clicking edit and then deleting it? Sometimes a song is playing in a rather large playlist and I want to delete the song but it takes me forever to find it in the actual playlist. Would be handy to have a delete function on the (i) page, along with shuffle, repeat, play/pause, skip, rewind and all of those other things.

Agree with your idea. It drives me crazy trying to find the track so you can delete it from the playlist. Some of my playlists have 400 tracks. Even if the song which was playing was always shown at the top of the list that would make it easy to find

if you have it on your phone you can search up the song and click add to other playlists or something like that and untick it from everything it is on. I think that works can't the song I did that to but my playlist might be too long to try to spot it lol.
