Deleting single songs from Downloaded

Is there a way to delete a single song from a playlist which I've downloaded to make available offline? (thus removing it from my phone storage as well)

Will simply removing it from the playlist do the job?

To remove a song follow these steps:

1. Open Spotify and go to the "Album view"
2. Open the album that you want to remove.
3. Scroll all the way up (so that you see the cover).
4. Press the "saved"-button so it says "save" instead. 
5. Finished.

I don't need to remove a specific album, it's just one song in a custom playlist I made available offline by downloading.

Will removing the song from the playlist remove the song from my phone storage?
