Different streaming quality for 3G and wifi

If I set the quality for streaming in the app. Is that the quality used for 3G and wifi?
How do I set normal quality for 3G and high quality for wifi?

Sadly, there's only one option for streaming at the moment - this will apply for both 3G and Wi-Fi.

Your right this is sad. Take care of it spotify.  Even beats has this feature.
