Discover tab does not working on iphone

Until recently the 'Discover' tab was working fine on my iphone. When I click on the 'Discover' tab now, its just a plain white screen. I have reading this same problem with others on Laptop. I am not sure but I think this happened after the lastest iOS 7 update

Can anyone help me?
