Does available offline cost money?

I recently downloaded spotify and my friend who has been using it more than I did said that when you put "available offline" on it would cost money, or something like that, I was just curious if that was true because I clicked on it by accident and now all my music is playable, or whatever the correct term is. If it does cost money can you tell me how to get rid of it?

Yes, it's one of the Premium features and you can find more here: https://www.spotify.com/us/premium/ you may probably be on a week or month of free Premium, you can check that on your account https://www.spotify.com/account

I'm using the 7 day trial so It'll end and the available offline thing will stop working right? because I wasn't planning to subscribe

Yes, as long as you don't have any Payment info in, if so you can go into your account and click on Cancel Subscription, your subscription will end after the trial.
