Download Musics are not playing on offline mode

I have a Spotify Premium Family account over 7 months now. On my account, when I "turn on" the offline mode several musics do not play, even being downloaded, and another ones play normally (around 3-4 musics). When I "turn off" the offline mode they play normally. Beside that, when I am on the online mode the musics do not play automatically even with the option duly "turn on" on the setup, and I have to pass them manually. This problem started over a month now and I tried everything I could find here in the community and so far nothing worked. Can someone help me, please?
