Downloaded songs are randomly removed

I'm using an iPhone 6 with iOS 10.3.3 and every once in a while (sometimes every couple days, sometimes I go a week without seeing this issue) songs that I have saved will be removed and the app will have to redownload them.  This has been happening for the past six months at least.

I almost always save full albums, so it's very noticeable when it happens as instead of the full album saved I'll only have six songs out of twelve (for example).  It's not consistent either (i.e. not the first six songs, or the last, the ones it removes are interspersed throughout the album).  

I have more than 10GB free on my phone, so that isn't the issue (and regardless this shouldn't happen even if I'm out of space).  The worst part is I usually notice when I don't have WiFi, so I have to either not listen to music or use my mobile data, which costs money.

I have the same issue as well. This happens at least once a month to me and it's infuriating. I travel daily in the subway to and from work and rely on offline storage. I only have one offline device.

If this keeps happening, I am liable to stop subscribing entirely. It's pointless for me to have this at all if I can't even use it during my commute.
