Downloaded songs not playing

My Question or Issue

Yesterday I made some new playlists and downloaded them overnight. Now I can’t play any of my downloaded songs without wifi/data which is the main reason i bought premium. I have soft reset my phone to no improvement. If anyone can help that would be great, thanks in advance 🙂
