EC Touch login with Facebook

I have EC Touch as part of my Pioneer app that links my iPhone 5s. I have premium spotify. When I enter into EC touch is ask for login info but no option to login using Facebook. What user name and password should be used if my spotify accounts is through a Facebook login only?

You need to set Spotify credentials to login if Facebook authentication is not supported. 

Its pretty easy to do, just follow the steps in this help page.

Thanks.  That should work but Ive attempted to get a password emailed to me at least 5 times but it is never sent.  Ive checked my junk mail and everything,

In that case get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get one of those emails out to you manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
