I can't sync my playlists to IPhone

Hi there, I can not syncronize my playlists to offline mode on my 3:rd device, an iphone 4S. It works fine on my Mac and iphone4 since i´ve requested to have all my devices reseted. Can you please help me out??? Thank you very much in advance!

Controls not working on iPhone

A few days ago my Bluetooth and iPhone (5) lock controls for spotify stopped working.. (I can't skip songs out side of the app using my car seek buttons, or my controls from the lock screen... Anyone else having this issue?

Playlists on iPhone

I want an easy way to combine two playlists together. I've looked all around the app and can't fin a way. It should be put under the Edit feature, and it should be titled 'Add to Another Playlist,' like adding an album to a playlist.
