Error in playing music

Error in playing music

So I’m on free Spotify plan and these buttons saying “you have unlocked premium features, buy it to unlock” or something along the line. I wouldn’t have a problem about this but it’s the fact that it completely took away my ability to actually listen to music. (I’m on an iPad Pro) This is a pretty bad situation considering I go to Spotify for music.

Could you let us know when you're exactly getting these messages (tapping on which buttons)? Also, sending us a screenshot of them would come in handy. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

 

On another note, we'd like to know if this happens across devices or only on your iPad. Also, does the same happens across different networks?
