Every time I try to log in it says 'you've already created an account with this email address'

Just got a new iPhone. I'm hitting 'Log In' on the screen, not 'sign up' but when I enter the information it says I've already created an account with this email address.

If I try to do it through facebook it says 'You have already authorized Spotify.' Then I click 'OK' and it gives me Error 404 (two Error 404 popups actually).

Please Help!

That doesn't sound nice.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

I have exactly the same problem... new phone and can't register with my mail adress witch is used both on my tablet and cell phone... What can we do?
