Spotify says it's downloading but it's not

Just got a new iPhone 7+, in the App Store Spotify says it's downloading and shows the little stop sign but it's no where to be found on my phone. I've restarted, logged out/in of iTunes and nothing will work. Any ideas appropriated!

App started crash in ios9 so upgraded to ios10 and still crashes

Send to followers: Followers not showing up

"Send to" is broken on iOS. When searching for followers, they do not show up, hence it's useless. Works fine on Desktop.
