Spotify premium

Hello. I have a problem with my iphone6s. I activated the spotify premium yesterday but my account says that my subscription is still free. Can you please help me? Thank you so much

Hey! i have the same problem and i tried everything but i still have a free account. And i have only this spotify account plus i was inlogged to this account when i got spotify premium. And i tried contact spotify but they told me to do the same that i already did.
