Premium not activating

Premium not activating

I purchased the 3 months for $9 pesos offer and its been over 10 hours and it still hasnt activated, I logged out my account, I reinstalled the app, I logged in using facebook yet nothing is working and yes I'm sure i was charged for the offer

Sorry to hear this! The subscription activation is server based, so re-installing the app will do nothing. 

Can you check again your invoice for the payment, and see if there are account details, maybe you bought premium for the wrong account. 

Otherwise send a mail here, they can help you with problems regarding personal info ! 
Send them as many details, so they can help you the best they can.
