Failed log in on iPhone 5

Failed log in on iPhone 5

Every time I try to log into my account on my iPhone it comes up saying "login failed, you've already created an account with this email address"....yes that's the whole point, can anybody help?

I will make my best to help you out with the problem you experience. 


Please try the following steps, and then get back to me with a result:

  1. Reinstall Spotify. 
  2. Make sure you choose sign-in and not sign up, when you open Spotify.
  3. Try to sign in again.
  4. If the problem still persists, try to reset your password here:
  5. Try the above steps again.

Have tried all the other steps but have not tried resetting the password, will do and let you know how I get on.
