Using Apple headphones to control Spotify

Iphone EarPods controls do not work with the Spotify mobile app. Is this really an issue Spotify cannot figure out and solve? Seems like I pay $10 a month for a 'premium' service it should really be 'premium' service. This is awful...what a joke.

Search not working on iPad Air

When I search for.music on spotify app on iPad air, I get buffer face, then still trying, then an error message. If I search on spotify through my SonoS app it works fine. Any thoughts??

Carplay problems when switching from other audio sources to Spotify

When switching from other audio sources (like Music, Podcasts etc) to Spotify, although the app will load - when selecting music in Spotify it will not play. I understand the Spotify app in Carplay is buggy, but this useless.
