False advertisement 30 min no ad doesn’t work

I have been a Spotify user for nine years now. 

Their no ad for 30 mins is a great idea but it hasn’t worked for years now. (No I don’t click off the ad or click “no, thanks”. Also, this has happened over several devices over the past few years) for a while it was just a couple minutes off, but lately I only get 2 songs per listening to 6 ads before ANOTHER ad comes along. 
Spotify clearly doesn’t care about their free users, but they should we make up a large demographic. 

I’m done using Spotify, YouTube is better with fewer and more predictable ads. 

*also, attempting to make this post was incredibly difficult- I experienced two errors and had to retype it twice.
