Family plan won't let me play on different devices at the same time

Family plan won't let me play on different devices at the same time

When two people of my Family Plan start listening to music at the same time in different devices, we have to choose only one to play.  

Why can't both of us use it at the same time?

Hi.

Are you on different Spotify accounts? Spotify Family enables you to have different accounts under the same payment plan.
