Fix the bugs with the "Connect to Device" feature

The "Connect to Device" feature is very buggy. I use the web application at work since I am not authorized to download the PC app, but I have my Bluetooth headphones connected to my iPhone. I control the music I'm listening to via the web app on my PC so that I'm not picking up my iPhone all day to select songs/podcasts. The music constantly wants to default to the web app when I change songs, which forces me to have to click on "Connect to Device" in the web app, then unlock my iPhone and open the Spotify app so that it appears in the list of devices, and then only sometimes will it start playing again through my iPhone. Usually it automatically pauses it. Sometimes it bugs out and stops playing entirely, and sometimes it will play through my iPhone, but then stop after 1 song.

This seems to be the case with many devices as well. Connecting to Playstation while gaming is delayed and sometimes requires multiple attempts to finally connect. It then pauses again once connected.
