Free to premium

I can't get spotify to go to premium on my iPhone 6 plus. I have an email with confirmation of my purchase and a statement on my bank that shows I've been charged. I would like to know how to do that.

Have you already made a simple relogging or a reinstallation? Maybe this will help You. And please be Sure that your Account is premium @ www.spotify.com/overview

Try signing out of the iPhone app and then sign back in.

After signing up for premium, it can take a little bit to activate, but usually signing out and then back it will do the trick.

I would also suggest uninstaliing the Spotify iPhone app and then reinstalling it.
