Freezes when logging in from Facebook

I started my free premium trial today and first I was having issues with connectivity. It said I was offline when I was connected to wifi. I deleted and then reinstalled the app (on my iPhone 6) and now every time I try logging in with Facebook it says 'You have already authorized Spotify' and I click yes to confirm and then it freezes and won't log me in. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. Just to double-check, does the same happen when you try to log in from a different device?

As a workaround, you can log in by using your Facebook's email as your username and your Facebook's password. Then, tap the "Log in" green button to access your account.

If nothing works, try uninstalling the app > restart your phone > install the app > log in by using the "Log in with Facebook" button.
