Frustrated and need help!

For the past month, I have not been able to use my iPhone app. I have tried syncing my music to my phone, but it stops syncing after about 20 songs (I have hundreds). As of now, over half my songs don't play at all and the ones that do stop half way through. I have tried everything I can think of to fix the problem but nothing seems to help. I have the latest software for both the app and my phone, I have tried deleting and re-installing the app and I have tried making new playlists.  I use my app ALL THE TIME (I'm a dance coach and up until a month ago, I was using it daily in practice) so I'm getting very frustrated that I'm paying a monthly fee and unable to use the service. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this problem, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!!
