Getting disconnected as someone else is using my account

I have logged into my account and cleared everything, logged in again and am still getting forced off

Hi Motonanny,

 

That's no good. Let's take a look and see what we can do.

 

When you say that you cleared everything, did you try logging in to your account and clicking Sign Out Everywhere? You can do that at this url.

 

I would recommend first changing your password and then using the "Sign Out Everywhere" button. If your account is accessed through Facebook, you would change your password on Facebook.

 

Has any of your account information changed?

 

If you are still having problems after changing your password and signing out everywhere, please reach out to the Spotify Support team here.

 

Of course, please just reply if you have any other concerns.

Hi,
Yes I did go to clear all users and had the Same problem. I then removed the app from my iPhone and reinstalled it. After logging in problem resolved.
