For each playlist you would like to be made offline, you go into the playlist and check "Available Offline" it should look like this:
Then you go into the settings and check "Offline Mode" in the "Playback" option. You can also press edit at the top on the main playlist view (where you can see all of your playlists) and click the download icon that looks like this (it will turn green when it is available offline):
Click done when you are done selecting the playlists you want available offline, and it should download each one you selected 🙂
