HELP! Offline on iphone / desktop

Hi there
Ive just subscribed to premium to access the offline feature, it is taking forever to download on my iphone. Is the download going to my device? Note i have 300GB+ free space, approx 2200 songs in the playlist i want to download.
When i log in to my account on the desktop - if i hit download there it seems to be happening in microseconds? Will it update my account on my iphone? Or will i still have to wait for my phone to finish downloading?
(Desktop is a work computer - dont want to blow that up....)

Could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn't help, please try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app.

Also, it'd be best to let me know your device name and iOS version.
