HELP - URGENT!

So, I signed up for Spotify Premium and signing in through the website is perfectly fine. But then, as I try to sign in through the IOS app or the PC app ... it doesn't work. I gett the "Login Failed" error. AND YES, i made sure it was correct. I heard something about a device password but everytime i click the link it just takes me to 'my account'. Help me, confused. AND NO, I'm not n the Facebook option.

@shahaadbraxton1 Can you login to your account at spotify.com and make sure you set a devices password so you can login to your account?
