Having a ton of trouble syncing playlists to iPhone and iPod

Hi there,

I am having a ton of trouble syncing my iPod and iPhone to Spotify. Being new to the service, I accidentally activated off-line mode on more than three devices, and it booted all my off-line playlists from all my devices. While this seems to me like a huge flaw in Spotify, after reading the help section I get why it did that.

However, since then I have had a ton of trouble syncing my iPod and iPhone. When I plug my iPod in it only syncs about 1.5 playlists (I have it on the manual setting and have selected about 10 playlists). I even tried restoring my iPod, but nope...

And Spotify won't even recognize my iPhone.  I am  premium customer and am super dissapointed in how difficult this has been, and in the fact that I wrote to Spotify about the problem and they never wrote back. Any advice on how I can fix this?

I am having the same problem. A couple of times, the bar indicating the syncing would appear at the top of my phone, sync one playlist and then disappear...
