Help! Can't login to iphone app.

I have just downloaded the app for the first time, and on the welcome screen (where I have the buttons Join or Login), I click the buttons and nothing happens. It will look like clicked (darker), but won't take me to any forms to fill. I can only swipe between the different welcome screens, nothing else, not even error messages. I have already forced quit it, I have deleted and reinstalled, still the same behavior.

Can someone shed some light?

I'm on an iPhone 6, iOS version 10.2.1
