Help - None of my playlists show up on my mobile app

All of my playlists are suddenly gone from my mobile app. They still show up on my computer, but there are no playlists in "my music" on my iPhone. 

I have tried signing out everywhere and signing back in. I have also tried deleting and then reinstalling the Spotify app. My account appears to be tied to facebook and I don't think I have a Spotify Username to try to use instead, as some other's solutions have suggested. I have successfully played these playlists from my phone in the past, I don't understand what has happened. I have an IPhone 4 with IOS 7. 

I am supposed to be heading out for a road trip, and this is beginning to make me panic. Begging for help!
