I've ungraded to premium, but am unable to log in the app as says incorrect password. However when I try to get a link sent to my email it won't let me type my email address in. So frustrating. I've paid but can't use it!! I've undated my password not using the app but still the same when I try to use the app says incorrect password! Please help

Hi @Laura311,

 

When logging in, make sure to use your account's username and not an email address. 

If you're still having difficulties with logging in, try reinstalling the Spotify app. To do so, just follow the steps in the link below:
