My Question or Issue
When I stream music from iPhone to HomePod (with stereo pairing). The music works just fine for about 5 mins and it starts to stop sporadically. This issue is specific to just Spotify streaming to HomePod. I don't have issue playing music from Apple Music / Youtube to HomePod. I attempted to reset / upgrade firmware but nothing works.
Anyone has solution, please kindly advise.

We'd recommend running a clean reinstallation of the app on your phone. Check out this guide for the relevant steps.
Also, try performing a factory reset on your HomePod device and check if you can update it to the latest firmware after that.
