Honda HandsFreeLink NEXT/PREVIOUS buttons not working iOS 11.1.1

Ever since the iOS 11 update, I can no longer change the tracks on the streering wheel by using the NEXT/PREVIOUS buttons. I have an iPhone 7. Anyone else having the same issue/

Yes I have, extremely frustrated and from research I️ have done today Spotify’s response and resolutions have been limited at best. Apple Music is the solution I’ve gathered thus far which is extremely frustrating considering how long I’ve been paying for Spotify and how for the most part it’s worked in my car. 

Were all ears spotify
