unfortunately it's not possible to import your itunes songs through your iphone. You need to import your playlists with the desktop client and make them available for offline use on your phone then.

No, unfortunately not. Offline playlists is a premium only feature and so is adding local files (you can still listen to your owned songs in the desktop client though).
