How can I subscribe premium in-app?

I'm using an iPod touch and struggling to subscribe the spotify premium service. I tried the Paypal and credit card on the website(both did not work, probably because of the country problem). That's why i'm looking for the in-app purchase, but still i can't find the button or something else to subscribe. But App Store says the spotify app has an in-app purchase feature. What am I supposed to do?

Because of some funky charges that Apple is putting on all of their app purchases, Spotify has elected to disallow the function for subscribing for the first time through the iOS app itself. While it may be frustrating, it actually will save you money in the future, so you can enjoy your music longer!

Maybe try giving your back or credit card agency a call, giving them a heads up that you are trying to charge to Spotify; maybe then they will release the restrictions off of your preferred payment method and you will be able to join Spotify premium! Hopefully this helps, keep us posted!
