Running function does not work

Hello, the running function on my Iphone 4S does not work and it drives me crazy. I tried everything. I did an update, i logged out and i did a reinstallation. Nothing helped. Help will be appreciated.

Whats' on my screen

Hi,On my iphone, in my playlist, I see titles that are grayed out and others that are in clear white.Why is this?It seems I can not hear the greatd titles...Thanks for helping

Can't download songs even though I'm premium
