How do I choose what albums to make available offline?

Why does the app download every single song to be made available offline? It's eating up all the space on my iPhone.

Aren't I supposed to be able to pick specfic albums from my library that I want to have available offline?

Please someone help me figure this out.

So I figured out what the issue was. On my mobile device, I did have scpecific albums saved, but the problem was that in my songs list, I had the Download toggle set to on, thinking that was the way to turn offline listenning on and off.
