Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one?

 

If it only happens on only one device, you can try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. We know this sounds odd, but it'll trigger a sync between your device and account. 

 

If the issue persists, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

 

However, if any of the aforementioned steps does the trick, could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your device to see if they can replicate this behavior?
